We offer our guests 5 cozy apartments ranging from 40 sq.m to 100 sq.m:

• Zeus suite;
• Aeolus, three-roomed apartment;
• Eros and Ares, two-roomed apartments with panoramic terraces (both served by a spacious lift).
• Hermes,two-roomed apartment with private access and patio,especially dedicated to our guests with disabilities.

Every apartment has a kitchen equipped with appliances (refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, electric oven), air conditioning, heating, wifi, satellite TV, safety deposit box, hair dryer and reserved parking space.

The park

All guests and their animals have free access to our 18.000 sq.m. park surrounding the apartments. Ancient trees including maple, fir, cypress, birch, holm oak, hornbeam and lime can be found in the park, along with an orchard whose produce includes kiwis, persimmons, prunes, pears, apples, nachi pears, apricots, hazelnuts and almonds. Moreover, our olive grove, which is also productive, has about 400 trees of Leccino, Casaliva and Pendolino olives. For our younger guests a trampoline surrounded by olive trees for fun jumps outdoors!

The swimming pool

Rectangular and large (12 mt x 6 mt, depth of 1.40 m half and hopper 3 m depth ) recently restored to guarantee access to the solarium to people with disabilities, access to water is possible by ladder with three steps.

Surrounded by a sunbathing area, but also equipped with umbrellas, deckchairs and a gazebo, the poolside area allows our guests to enjoy the sun but also relax in the shade.

Swimming Pool Opening Hours from 1° June to 30th September / 10.00 am to 08.00 pm. Out of this hours and months Olea Dei Holiday Apartments doesn't take surveillance, rescue responsability and water analysis. See Rules and Conditions.

Barbecue area

Our handcrafted masonry barbecue will be available to all guests for dinners in the open air.

Hermes, our two-roomed apartment for guests with disabilities

All architectural barriers were overthrown in the construction of Hermes, in order to provide people with disabilities the opportunity to spend a pleasant holiday on Lake Garda.
The kitchen, bathroom and furniture are equipped with all the comforts; the height of the outlets, bed equipped with electrical nets up to 5 positions and the wardrobe with sliding doors, facilitate the stay and make the use of the apartment possible to people in a wheelchair.
You will have the comforts of a reserved parking space and reserved entrance; thanks to a lighted ramp, the swimming pool, barbecue area and reception will be equally accessible.

Pets Allowed

At "Olea Dei" your pets ( cats, dogs and other species upon request...!) are welcome in all 5 of our apartments.

The "Four Paws" guests will have access to the park and olive grove or will stay on the Eros, Ares and Hermes's Terraces.

Nearby Olea Dei we recommend : "Portese Beach" (Portese is San Felice del Benaco's Hamlet) accessible for diving and water games of your dogs and a specialized shop for your pets.
